All of our buyers must submit a completed KYC , for compliance and diligence and show capacity with regard to their purchasing on a bank to bank basis ( details with regards to format and which banks will be involved to be agreed between principals ) Once the buyer has passed compliance with regard to the KYC and POF & security ( normally within 48-72 hours )the buyer will receive from the sellers bank, related to the signed, but as yet not executed, contract between the seller and buyer.  When ready Draft contract sent to identified buyer. Followed by call directly with Refinery upon receiving, simple KYC of buyer (sent to Sales@WOGI.US or directly to the seller from buyers’ corporate email.)  (Please note below at which point an instrument is issued AFTER banking confirmation as stipulated in the contract in bold)   

1. Full confirmation that the seller holds title and allocation. 
2. Full government approval and authorisation to sell the product specified in the contract.
3. Refinery commitment to refine the product specified in the contract.  At this point the buyer has NOT blocked funds or activated any instrument nor made any form of payment to the seller.
